Risk Assessment Tool
Risk Assessment Tool lets you create and manage simple tests. It comes packaged with an example that models the FAA Flight Risk Assessment Tool (FRAT).
The tests you create can contain simple yes/no questions, numeric questions, or text input fields. For example, the FAA FRAT give a 10 point credit if the pilot is IFR rated (a yes/no question), or you could create a numeric question where if the pilot has less than 25 hours in type they score 5 points; less than 50 they score 3 points, etc.
You can email test results to other people to view – like your flight instructor or operations department.
Tests you create can be published for others to download and use. You can share your tests publicly or privately.
